Discover Reggio Emilia on a guided walking tour through its historic
center, including a visit to the theater, subject to final confirmation. The
experience continues with an informal apericena featuring local food
and drinks, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.

Artisan Gelato-Making

During this relaxed, hands-on experience, participants learn the
ingredients and the stages of production at Spatolata, then make their
own gelato with the gelatieri.

Spatolata combines high-quality artisanal gelato made with natural ingredients and carefully selected raw materials with an inspiring project that promotes the professional inclusion of people with disabilities.

The Art of Parmigiano

The Art of Parmigiano

Travel together to a local Parmigiano Reggiano producer for a tour
and tasting, then dinner at a local trattoria. One of the two protected
traditions of the evening, and the only one that takes you out of the
city.

Transport is included. Participants must be ready and waiting at hotel reception at 5:00 PM.

Time with Lorenzo in the intimate world of traditional balsamic vinegar
— the acetaia, the barrels, the tasting — and then dinner together. The
second of the evening's two protected traditions.

Yes. All four experiences include dinner.

How many can I book?

Select and register one experience per participant.

What if the minimum isn't reached?

If an experience doesn't reach the required minimum, we will contact you to discuss the available alternatives. If your selected experience cannot operate and you do not choose another option, you will receive a full refund.

What if my first choice is full?

Join the waitlist. With enough interest and availability we'll explore another group, though joining does not guarantee one operates.
