Go behind the scenes of one of Italy’s most celebrated food traditions and discover the craft, patience, and local knowledge behind Parmigiano Reggiano.

Following the visit to the Parmigiano producer, participants will enjoy dinner at a local trattoria, creating a relaxed and authentic conclusion to the experience.
